Keeping Active During the Pandemic

We all know how important physical activity is and its benefits, ranging from improving sleep quality, preventing anxiety, muscle and immune strengthening.

Pandemic and social isolation have caused people to rethink their lifestyle and create routines. So, the big questions of the moment are: how do kids and adults keep a healthy body and mind during quarantine, and how to practice physical activity without being exposed to the risk of contamination by COVID-19?
