Please allow at least 30 minutes before class to ensure a parking spot and sign your surf waiver.
Do I need to be an experienced swimmer in order to surf?
You do not need to be an experienced swimmer in order to surf with us.  If you can not swim or are not a strong swimmer we will keep you in more shallow water so  if you were to fall off your surfboard you can stand.

Come ready in your swimsuit under your clothing.  Bring a towel, sunscreen, and water for hydration. We recommend sunscreen of SPF 50.
What age do you start surf lessons?
We recommend students be at least 5 years of age.  If your child is that young, we recommend booking a private lesson 1-1 due to safety concerns so the instructor is hands on the entire time with your child and no one else.

For All Camps in MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH:

Meet at our Surf School located at 4121 Mission Boulevard, San Diego 92109.  This is only necessary for the first day of camp. The rest of the week campers can be dropped off at the red canopy on the beach.  There is 3 minute loading zone directly out front so you can run your child to his/her instructor and the rest of the campers at the tent with no problems.

For All Camps in OCEAC BEACH:
